We recognize that pursuing sustainability is a crucial management priority. Our goal is to integrate these key issues into our management practices to realize a sustainable society and enhance our corporate value.

To strengthen our commitment to sustainability and achieve continuous growth, we have established the Sustainability Management Committee. The Committee is tasked with creating an organizational system that appropriately addresses critical management issues and swiftly implements decisions regarding our operations. We have established three working groups to support the Sustainability Management Committee, each dedicated to one of the following themes: climate change, human capital and human rights. These groups are responsible for developing and promoting policies and initiatives to address our sustainability issues (material issues).

The COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted the necessity of adapting to the rapidly changing market conditions and maintaining business continuity even in challenging situations.

We are dedicated to creating new business opportunities through environmental initiatives and promoting telecommuting and other flexible work styles that prioritize a healthy work-life balance. We encourage our diverse and talented global human resources to work together in harmony and enhance operational efficiency using digital technologies. Furthermore, we are advancing our digital transformation (DX) to improve customer engagement and building a robust governance framework. Taking a long-term perspective, we will continue to enhance our corporate value by balancing growth investments with the strengthening of our management foundation.
