Information Security Philosophy

Tomen Devices Corporation, a trading company which deals with semiconductors and electronic products, is strongly aware of the maintenance of information security systems as an important part of our management agenda in promoting the business, and provides products and services.

Information Security Policy

1. We will establish regulations and systems, and also develop and implement an information security management system in order to maintain and enhance information security.
2. After clarifying the intrinsic risks to information assets resulting from business activities, we will undertake appropriate security countermeasures.
3. We acknowledge the laws and regulations relating to information security, and our contractual requirements, and will conduct training and awareness-raising to ensure that our employees comply with these.
4. In view of the changes in the security environment, we will strive to review information security, and implement continual improvement. We will take measures to prevent information security incidents, and to secure the confidentiality, accessibility, and integrity of information assets possessed by our company.
